You can absolutely see our limousine in person. We make sure there are plenty of updated photos online so you can see how awesome this ride is. But we also have nothing to hide, so if the photos just are not enough & you’re dying to see it in person before you pay your down-payment, we will make that happen for you. We will do our best to work it out to meet you at a place and at a time that is convenient for us both, just call us.
You may take all the photos you wish inside and outside of our vehicle. We may also take photos of you and your party participants for our company advertisements, social media, etc.
Our limousine is most definitely insured. At this time, since our company is newly launched, we currently only have the one vehicle shown. Because it is equipped to carry less than 16 passengers, the State of NC requires that we carry a liability policy on this “For Hire” vehicle for a minimum of $1 Million. We do display a “FOR HIRE” license plate on it and we would not have been issued this plate by the NCDMV if our insurance was not in place and valid for the correct amount.
The approved maximum occupancy of our specialty vehicle is 6 people in the rear reservable area. The number of occupants is strictly limited to the number of people specified in your reservation. Adding additional people to your party once your trip has begun will not be allowed; if you attempt to do so, your trip will be immediately stopped until only members of your original party are on board. Failure to cooperate with the driver on this matter will result in a complete termination of your event & no refund will be issued for the unused portion of your reservation.
All reservations require a $100 non-refundable deposit and are to be secured with a valid credit card. You must pay the remaining balance owed for your chosen event/package no later than 3 days prior to the date reserved. We require at least a 14-day written notice for cancellation. If you provide proper cancellation of at least 14 days prior to you event/package date, only your non-refundable deposit will be kept & you will owe nothing more. If you cancel your reservation within the 14 days prior to your event/package date, the entire price of your reservation will be due in full at that time and the credit card provided will then be charged for the total amount owed. If payment is not received by midnight on the day you cancel, we will seek civil legal action to collect this debt.
Your reservation is for our vehicle and includes the driver for the entire duration of the time frame indicated and only that specified reservation time period. “Splitting” the reservation is not an option. Once the vehicle is in use for you, the driver stays with the vehicle until the end of the reservation you booked. And logically, there is no difference whether you and your party are physically in the vehicle or not. If your reservation runs past its designated ending time for reasons not caused by us, with the exception of traffic jams/congestion on the way back to your original departure location, you will owe additional charges in 1-hour increments at the minimum hourly rate of $200. If you are running late for your departure time from your event, you are required to make contact with the driver within 15 minutes of the departure time & the driver will only wait a total maximum of 30 minutes. If the driver does not receive this contact and/or your party has not returned to the limo & ready to leave, the driver will leave the location and will not return for you and your party. If your event ends earlier than the time allotted & reserved, no refund for remaining time will be issued.
We will arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your event package departure time to allow your party to board the vehicle. We are not responsible or liable for traffic delays beyond our control, whether before your trip begins or while your event is in progress.
All departures should begin from a central location, which we will work out with you to be as convenient as possible for you & for us. We will not pick up members of your party in multiple locations. We are based in the southern side of Winston-Salem & any departure location within the city limits of Winston-Salem or Kernersville will incur a $25 fuel surcharge; however, an additional fuel surcharge of $50 may apply for any other departure locations. A fuel surcharge is not just for fuel, it also includes personnel expense for the driver. We will not agree to meet your party in any location that even vaguely seems like a dangerous area.
We assure that your driver will always be dressed appropriately and professionally for your event. You will always be driven around by someone who has taken pride in their appearance and who will also behave at the utmost level of professionalism. They have also been screened to assure that they are of the highest character & integrity.
Tipping your driver is absolutely acceptable and is definitely encouraged.
We will provide you a clean vehicle & we expect you to keep it that way. If you or someone in your party throws up in the vehicle, your trip will be terminated immediately, a $100 additional cleaning charge will be charged to you, due immediately upon trip termination. & no refund will be issued for the unused portion of your reservation. Excessive litter, including glitter, confetti, etc., spilled food or drinks, mud stains or excessive dirt from shoes, bodily fluids, etc. will incur an additional $100 cleaning charge to you, which will be due immediately upon trip termination.
We make every effort possible to offer our vehicle in excellent mechanically working order. However, since our vehicle is in fact an antique/vintage vehicle, it is honestly more subject to unexpected unforeseen failures. We will most definitely apologize for but are not responsible for inconveniences, delays, or other issues that may arise from any unexpected unforeseen failure that may occur at any time during your reservation. If a mechanical failure causes a cancellation of your reservation, we will gladly reschedule to another date & time, however, no refund will be issued. By reserving our vehicle, you understand the risk that this could happen beyond our control.
We reserve the right to cancel the operation of our vehicle in dangerous inclement weather, e.g. ice, heavy snow, hurricane/tornado conditions, etc. If inclement weather causes a cancellation of your reservation, we will gladly reschedule to another date & time, however, no refund will be issued.
Reckless, Careless, and Unruly behavior will not be tolerated; this includes minor children, which must be accompanied and supervised by an adult parent or guardian. Anyone behaving in this manner will not be allowed to stay in the vehicle; if the person is 18 years of age or older, they will be dropped off at a safe location by the driver; if the person is a minor, the accompanying adult can choose to have them both dropped off at a safe location by the driver or another parent or guardian will be contacted to come pick them up. Please be aware that this delay could interfere with your package destination times and we will then hold no responsibility for late arrivals, and no refunds will be issued.
A vehicle inspection will be performed by the driver at the beginning of your trip to verify that no damage exists prior to departure. The person who has reserved & paid for the reservation will be held financially responsible for any & all repairs of damages to our vehicle. If damage caused by reckless or careless behavior by anyone in your party is discovered during your trip by the driver, your trip will be terminated immediately and no refund will be issued for the unused portion of your reservation. Purposeful damage caused to our vehicle will be prosecuted as a criminal offense under NC law.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicle. This applies to pipes, cigars, cigarettes, vaping devices, and of course, any illegal substances. If you or someone in your party really needs to smoke before we reach your destination(s) or while enroute, the driver will pull the vehicle to a safe location out of the roadway and allow you or them to exit the vehicle. Please be aware that this detour could interfere with your package destination times and we will then hold no responsibility for late arrivals, and no refund will be issued. Any flamed devices, such as lighters, sparklers, etc., are also strictly prohibited inside the vehicle for any purpose. If smoking happens or any flamed device is used in our vehicle by anyone in your party, your trip will be terminated immediately, a $100 additional cleaning charge will be charged to you, due immediately upon trip termination, & no refund will be issued for the unused portion of your reservation.
No pets are allowed inside the vehicle.
We do not stock our limousine with alcoholic beverages. Some of our packages include non-alcoholic beverages, but if the package you choose does not, we will make sure there is ice in the ice bucket for you to chill your own beverage of choice, including alcoholic beverages, with the exception of spiritous liquor, mixed drinks, & fortified wine, as long as you are over the legal age of 21. There are also always complementary cups or glasses in the holders for you to use and keep as a souvenir.
This should go without saying, but illegal activity of any kind will not be tolerated. If you or anyone in your party is discovered to be engaged in any type of illegal activity, the driver will immediately report to the local applicable law enforcement agency, your trip will be immediately terminated, & no refund will be issued for the unused portion of your reservation.
We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to any personal property brought into the vehicle by anyone in your party. The driver does not have the authority to “watch your belongings” for you. You are encouraged not to leave any personal property unattended inside our vehicle.
You agree to hold harmless Oddity Limousines, LLC and any of its representatives against any claims, damage or liability, including attorney's fees, as a result of any injury, harm, or personal property loss or damage, suffered by any occupant in your party in connection with your reservation.
In the event that breach of this contract occurs, and then incurs fees of an attorney, the party ultimately found to be responsible for the breach will pay any and all said fees as well as court costs, unless a decision is made otherwise by ruling of a judicial official. Any civil legal action taken by either party of this contract will be governed by North Carolina law as provided in Chapter 1G, the choice of law provisions, and will be filed in Forsyth County.
